Established since 1958, the Chen Hsong Group keeps growing stably, achieves to the stage of rapid development and obtains approval and recognition from the various social strata and the customers, however, such success is not congratulated from the President to each departments’ colleague. With the management and leadership of President Dr. Jiang Chen, the group emphasizes the staff training from the beginning, and he makes a good example in October, 1990, donating all his stock of the group to establish "The Jiangs industry charitable foundation" for contributing actively to the society by the idea "where you acquire, where you give back" by which he leads vigorously the staffs of the all group to participate the blood donation.
